Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
- Any items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at kizmah.llc@gmail.com to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) back to the provided return address, or bring product to the store location at 2044 W. Chicago Ave. Chicago IL 60622. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error.

- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
